Maestro (“Maestro”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and sells digital products and a paid membership. By using this site or purchasing anything from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Orders on this site are processed by our Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, payment processing, applicable sales taxes and VAT, and billing support. The Merchant of Record’s buyer terms apply to the payment portion of your purchase in addition to these terms. Your payment details are collected and processed by them, not by us.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

Our products — including prompt collections, agent templates, courses, and brand asset packs — are digital goods delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped.

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own projects and businesses. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the product itself, in whole or in part, whether modified or not.

The Inner Circle is a recurring paid membership billed automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Membership content and community access are for members only and may not be shared with non-members.

Our refund terms are described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Maestro publishes educational material about building and operating businesses with AI tools. We share what has worked for us, including real numbers where possible. However, we make no promise or guarantee that you will earn any money or achieve any particular result by using our products, membership, or free content. Business outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, and timing. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, or investment advice.

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy something through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only link to tools we actually use or have evaluated.

The site, its design, and all content we create — text, graphics, product files, and code — belong to Maestro and are protected by copyright. Product licenses are described in section 3; everything else may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

• Do not attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the site.
• Do not use purchased products to build spam, scams, or anything unlawful.
• Do not share membership access or leak members-only content.

We may suspend or terminate access (including membership, with a pro-rata refund of any unused prepaid period) for violations of these terms.

The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or affects statutory consumer rights that apply in your country.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on this page; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
