Privacy Policy

We collect as little as possible: your email if you subscribe to the newsletter, and basic order information when you buy something. Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record — we never see your card details. We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers.

• Newsletter email — if you subscribe to The Maestro Signal, we store your email address to send you the newsletter. That is its only use.
• Order information — when you purchase a product or membership, our Merchant of Record shares with us your name, email, country, and what you bought, so we can deliver the product and provide support.
• Server logs — like nearly every website, our hosting keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, requested page, browser type) for security and debugging.

Checkout is operated by our Merchant of Record, which acts as the seller of record for your purchase. Your payment card or wallet details go directly to them over their secure checkout and are processed under their privacy policy. We never receive or store your payment credentials.

We use only the cookies needed for the site and checkout to function (for example, the checkout session). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We share data only with the services required to run Maestro:

• Our Merchant of Record, to process orders and refunds.
• Our email service, to deliver the newsletter you asked for.
• Our hosting provider, which serves the website.
• Discord, if you choose to join the Inner Circle community — your participation there is governed by Discord’s own terms and privacy policy.

We never sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe — every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Order records are kept as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal obligations. Server logs rotate automatically after a short period.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA or UK under GDPR), these rights are backed by law. Email maestrowealthclub@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Refund and billing records held by our Merchant of Record may need to be requested through them, and we will point you in the right direction.

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
